We have all enjoyed our stay. Today we have to go home & we don't want to. Dylan (our son) enjoyed the kitchen cupboards the most. Pulling out stuff we didn't even know what it was. Who needs toys! Easy to walk into town, go for a surf or just relax with a movie with the fire going. |

We really enjoyed our stay at Margaret River Macs! We were kept nice and warm by the fire and there were plenty of heaters to heat the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bathroom immaculate and the decor throughout the house was a cosy mix of modern and vintage. Wow! I'd happily stay again. |

This is a lovely place to stay with so much character & so much effort put into making it a very welcoming environment. I just wish that we had been able to stay longer. We found the house and in particular its location just perfect. The bedrooms were extremely cosy which was a big plus due to the surprising cold weather that we encountered. The decor had a rustic, WWII feel about it yet it has all the modcons that anyone would need. |

My sister and I stayed here at Margaret River Macs and were absolutely in love with the place. Everything was just spot on and luxurious, with huge big comfortable beds, a wonderful bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. We were unlucky with the weather, but in summer it has an awesome outside area. It also is perfectly situated near the centre of Margaret River but far enough for it to be peaceful and quiet. I have also been lucky to see its sister property in Fremantle, and that too is stylish, luxurious and beautifully finished. Thank you. |

Such a wonderful way to spend our second wedding anniversary. Great atmosphere, warm & cosy fire with every detail covered. All we had to bring was milk! Excellent! Being so close to all the shops & restaurants was fantastic & made our stay even more enjoyable & relaxing. Thank you for your exquisite attention to detail, our stay was superb, just what we needed! MRM just keeps getting better! The ‘huge beds’, lovely shower, warm cosy fire and country kitchen with the smells of pea & ham soup, as well as scones made our stay memorable. A quick dash out the back gate to the main street enabled us to browse, enjoy coffee and take in the sights of Margaret River. Thank you once again for all the thoughtful “extras” that you provided for your guests, even the kookaburras laughed on cue! |

What a lovely house. I think it was easier to try & think what wasn’t thought of…..we can’t think of anything that you didn’t.We had a very happy stay here and we would love to come back again. Reading the comments in this book there are a lot of mentions of ‘Grandma’s house’. Well, coming from the UK, I can say that my Grandma had the same knives & forks and wardrobes. On arrival we spent the first 15 minutes saying WOW & OH MY GOD as we entered each room. Amazing, wonderful and it will be a happy memory for us both. |

Staying at Margaret River Macs has been like staying at Grandma’s house! Everything has its place, and there is nothing you could want for…we couldn’t believe how every little detail has been thought of. Even on our last morning we were discovering things and exclaiming “I can’t believe she thought of that!” If we needed any thing it was here (and good quality too). We have enjoyed our stay so much and have made the decision to buy a King Size bed. Will definitely (have already done so actually) be recommending Macs to our friends and family. Thank you so much and you’ll be hearing from us in the future. |

We have had a magnificent week. The house is more than we expected. You have done a great job restoring it and still leaving the old charm it would have had in your grandparent’s days. The district is a wine and food lovers delight, so much to see and do. We had good use out of the fireplace, although the weather was nice during the day, the nights were a bit chilly. It is so good to have the day start with a good shower!! Here you have a great shower. We hope we can come back again one day. |

By far the best accommodation in Margaret River. Still undecided as to what sealed the deal – the luxurious king sized bed or the heavenly shower! I am finding it hard to pack up and leave.
